  • Q: How do I gain access to the Data2Connect Client / Carrier portal?
  • A: In order to access Data2Connect (D2C), you will need an account profile which includes both your user name (your email address) and a password. Clients should contact their Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who will set up their profiles. Carriers submit a request for an account by completing the Request Credentials form on the Data2Connect site.
  • Q: Will my password expire?
  • A: Yes. In order to maintain good security practices, all passwords expire every 90 days. When your password is about to expire, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  • Q: What if I change companies? Can I use my same login account?
  • A: No. Because your user name is your email address, you will need to create a new account profile when you change companies.
  • Q: Can I upload an invoice for payment using Data2Connect?
  • A: Yes. Carriers can upload an invoice for payment using D2C. Select the Upload Invoice feature, then select your Carrier ID, and provide an invoice document to be uploaded.
  • Q: Can I still access the Freight Bill Inquiry page from the Data2Logistics web site?
  • A: The Freight Bill Inquiry page is now available on Data2Connect’s main page. You will need to log into an active account in order to access the Freight Bill Inquiry page.
  • Q: Can I manage claims that are created by Data2Logistics?
  • A: Yes. Clients manage claims from Data2Resolve. A link is provided on the D2C home page. Carriers can manage claims from Data2Logistics through the Manage Claims link the D2C home page. Set up is required for this functionality. Please contact your auditor for set up.
  • Q: Can I access the Carrier Remit Advice through Data2Connect?
  • A: Yes. A link to the Carrier Remit report is on the D2C home page.
  • Q: When I request an account what happens next?
  • A: You will receive a validation email after the request is submitted. Follow the instructions in the email. Your account should be approved within 48 hours after you validate your email address. When your account is approved you will receive an email to set your password.
  • Q: Can I sort a grid?
  • A: Yes. Select the arrow next to the column header to sort by that column. You can sort multiple columns by holding Shift and selecting multiple column arrows
